  NOIDA TOLL BRIDGE COMPANY LIMITED ANNOUNCES Q4FY26 AND FY26 FINANCIAL RESULTS         As DND completes 25 yers of operations, the Board reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring the safe, efficient and uninterrupted upkeep & operation of the DND Flyway, an essential lifeline connecting Delhi and Noida.               Consolidated Q4FY26 Revenue stood at ₹12.72 crore, as against ₹10.97 crore recorded in Q4FY25, an increase of 15.95 per cent   Consolidated Q4FY26, Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹3.85 crore, a marginal dip, as compared to a PAT of ₹4.06 crore registered in Q4FY25         Consolidated FY26, NTBCL recorded Revenue of ₹58.84 crore, compared to ₹42.61 crore in FY25, an increase of 38.09 per cent - attributable to one-time exceptional income received during the reporting year.         Consolidated Profit After Tax for the period FY26 stood at ₹27.24 crore, compared to Loss after Exceptional Items of ₹ 244.19 crore posted in the corresponding period last year.         During FY26, the Company shared ₹3.40 crore with Noida Authority from its advertising revenue.         NTBCL had undertaken an Independent Technical Assessment of the DND Flyway to evaluate the long-term maintenance requirements of the flyway         Key findings of the assessment indicated that DND Flyway continues to remain structurally sound and does not require any major structural strengthening or rehabilitation in the immediate future.
